All orders placed for delivery within the UK are sent with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the service requested and the weight of your order. All UK orders come with a Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracking number which will be enclosed in your fulfilment email once the order has been despatched from our warehouse in Sheffield, UK.
We use a variety of different couriers in other territories to offer the most cost effective option to you. Each courier has their own rules / regulations and different time limits depending on which country it is. Specific information relating to the cost and eta of your package can be found on our shipping page.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you're ordering the correct item for your application. If you are unsure about anything to do with your order, please contact us to confirm details. Once your order is placed, we begin working on it immediately to get it out to you as quickly as possible. In some circumstances we can amend or modify your order but you must let us know within 1 hour of placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Bedford Audio will accept returns if your product:
- is faulty in anyway
- is different from what you ordered or not as described
- has been damaged in transit
The product must also be returned in the exact same and re-sellable condition as it was shipped out to you in. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your order back to our workshop.
Bedford Audio do not accept returns if:
- you decide you don't want it anymore
- you have altered the product in anyway
- you have damaged the product or product packaging in anyway
