BEDFORD GUITARS POLICIES
Our company policy is simply to offer the best products and services available, for the best price. Through years of working in the industry, we have been able to identify those products that have consistently proven themselves to be the highest in quality and reliability. We only work with manufacturers that make reliable products and are there to support you if something ever goes wrong. All of the custom products we sell are made on site, although we may use external contractors / technicians in busy periods. All of our custom products and services go through a quality control process in our workshop before we ship them out.
We use two companies for our shipments. For packages within the UK mainland which are under 2KG, we use a Royal Mail sign for service. For all other packages over 2KG and international shipments, we use a Parcel Force tracked service. Both of these services include a tracking number and Parcel Force shipments include a free text / email notification service, giving you an hour time slot of when the package will arrive / be collected. The Parcel Force service is also available on packages under 2KG, if you require additional tracking information. We only currently ship within the UK and the following European countries : Channel Islands, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Denmark and Germany. We are working on making shipping available to other countries, however, you are more than welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from our workshop.
We want to make sure you get what you need, in the time-frame you require. Lead times can vary considerably between different products and services, so it's important for you to check this information before placing an order to make sure that the quoted lead time is suitable for you. The estimated lead time for all products and services can be found in the "specifications" drop down menu on the product or service page. If you need something faster than the estimated time, it's always best to contact us to see what we can do.
Since our services and custom-made products are designed specifically for you, there are no exchanges or returns. If you have any issues with your product after it leaves the Bedford workshop, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. By purchasing any service or custom-made product, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The 3rd party products we sell, either as stand alone products or components we use in our services, come with their own varying returns policies. Specific information about the return policy for our 3rd party products can be found on their websites.
